Random Game Facts – Pokémon Mistranslation

pok%C3%A9mon thunder fact Random Game Facts Pokémon Mistranslation

Well that makes sense after all, the animation shows a strike of lightning. Thunder is a sound, not a visual thing. I wonder if they’ll ever change it to the correct name or just stick with calling it Thunder forever? They’ll probably do the latter as they’ve already added a move called Lightning Strike in the Japanese versions of the Generation V games (it’s called Bolt Strike in the English versions).
