HumaNature Studios announced today on PlayStation Blog that Doki-Doki Universe will be releasing next Tuesday, December 10th for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. The full game will be purchasable for $14.99, and will come with the story mode, 31 personality quizzes, and a messaging system called Doki-Doki Mail. You can also download a free version which is called the Starter Pack. This will include 16 personality quizzes, the Doki-Doki Mail system, QT3’s home planet, and planet which serves as a tutorial. Cross Buy is supported in Doki-Doki Universe, so if you get the game on one PlayStation system, you won’t need to pay anything extra to get it on another PlayStation system.
Eurogamer & BHRxRACER have revealed info about microtransaction pricing in the soon to be released PlayStation 3 racer, Gran Turismo 6. GT6 will feature a virtual currency called Credits which you can purchase with real money to buy parts & cars in the game.
These are the prices shown currently on the PlayStation Store according to Eurogamer (the US $ prices are converted by Google from Euros as of 12/4/13):
500,000 In-Game Credits (£3.99/€4.99/$6.78)
1 Million In-Game Credits (£7.99/€9.99/$13.58)
2,500,000 In-Game Credits (£15.99/€19.99/$27.16)
7 Million In-Game Credits (£39.99/€49.99/$67.93)
While you’re not required to use credits to progress in the game, you’ll get stuff faster if you do. One example is the ultra-expensive Jaguar XJ13 which costs a whopping 20 million credits. To put that in perspective, that’s the equivalent of $203.76 (based on the above Euro-Dollars conversions)! The video below shows off additional cars as well.
