And yet another title gets delayed until 2015. EA has officially announced via The Battlefield Blog that Battlefield Hardline has been delayed until early 2015. Their reasoning? They want to work more on the multiplayer, single player, and making sure the launch process goes smoothly. Karl Magnus Troedsson, DICE VP & Group GM, describes these things as: Multiplayer Innovation, Single Player Story Depth, & Stability. Basically, he said that the team were taking player feedback received during the beta and wanted to use that to improve the game and because of this the team needs more time.
If you’ve been trying to access PlayStation Network services today, you might have experienced problems connecting to servers or other issues. This is because the Destiny beta is releasing today on PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 3. Thousands of players are trying to access PSN, get their beta codes, and download the beta all at the time time, putting a huge amount of strain on the servers. In fact, even Bungie’s website is having problems. So if you’re itching to get into the game and check it out, you may have a bit of a wait on your hands as many others are trying to do the same thing. All we can tell you is to keep trying or take a break for a bit and try again later. Sony is aware of the issues and Bungie likely is as well.

The Farm 51 has announced a brand new game headed for the PlayStation 3 this Summer. It’s called Deadfall Adventures: Heart of Atlantis and be a mix of an action-adventure game and a first-person shooter. The game’s protagonist is James Lee Quatermain, a treasure hunter. His quest sees him searching the globe for various treasures with the ultimate goal of finding the greatest treasure of them all, The Heart of Atlantis. Locales in Deadfall Adventures: Heart of Atlantis include the Arctic, Egypt, & Guatemala.
The PlayStation 3 edition of the game will be an enhanced version of 2013’s Deadfall Adventures with exclusive content and features. Such content will include survival & co-op DLC, new maps, improved visuals, new cut-scenes, a brand new notepad system, new locations, and more.
